Chrome command line flags

I am trying to find a way to toggle on/off flags from the edge://flags when launching via command line. I'm not sure if a way exists but I want to disable the flag:#edge-show-feature-recommendations when launching from command line. I cannot set it using the edge://flags site, we reset Edge every time we run it. Thanks in advance, Aaron.
